Typical process
How this service runs
Define what matters
Agree events in business language first — the technical work follows the definitions.
Implement
Deploy tags and events, keeping the setup auditable and documented.
Verify
Test each event end to end before trusting a single report built on it.
Report
Report on leads and qualified leads, and state clearly what is still not measurable.

Frequently asked
GA4, GTM or server-side?
It depends on your stack and what decisions the data has to support. I'll recommend the simplest setup that answers your actual questions, and explain the trade-offs before building anything.
Can you reconcile platform data with our CRM?
That's usually the point. Reconciling platform conversions against CRM records is how you find double counting, misattribution and leads that were never followed up. It requires access to both sides.
Does this work with cookie and privacy restrictions?
Consent handling and reduced client-side tracking need to be designed for, not bolted on. I implement measurement within whatever consent framework is appropriate, and I don't activate non-essential tracking before consent is captured.
